I did this lil bit of nail art, the blue you see is OPI's ''What's With The Cattitude'' along with some microbeads from Michael's craft store- they were from the Martha Stewart collection. The gems are from ebay.. or a swap meet, I don't recall. Then the glitter on the tips is OPI's ''Last Friday Night''. A link to the tutorial is below!
