Andrea, I heard that fast dry top coats make polish chip faster, do you think thats true? Because I would like to get a fast dry top coat, but I don't want my nails to chip faster. THANK YOU!
i've heard this! think about how fast mattes and neons dry, and how fast they chip. idk tho because seche is a fast dry and it sure doesn't chip for me! i've always wondered tho lol
